We pride ourselves on our record in food safety and quality!
To ensure that our sauces, marinades, mayo flavours and spices are consistent in quality and live up to their reputation, we operate a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant under the strictest of international food safety programmes. We have implemented the FSSC 22000 guidelines and are certified ISO 22000 and ISO TS 22002-1 by ProCert. Our products are also Halaal (SAHNA) and Kosher certified.
In keeping with our commitment to food safety, our team undergo regular food-safety and quality training to ensure that all St. Louis products consistently meet the strictest standards for food hygiene and quality.
Innovation and development
St. Louis was established in late 2014, manufacturing quality sauces and marinades for the retail, catering and bulk market. A year later we introduced our spice range, packing for retail in Shakers, Bags & Tubs, also co packing for clients throughout Africa.
We pride ourselves in operating an owner-run, hands-on business with a small dedicated work force. We have the capacity to manufacture small batch runs or fulfil large orders in retail PET bottles, wholesale 5L bottles, 25L drums or our new range of “Sauce in bag” – we cater for all clients, both big and small.
Our executive team has a wealth of experience in the food industry, enabling us to create sauces to brief or re-engineer existing sauces to client requirements.
